These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kli08 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the kli08 website at kli08.bet and all associated products, services, and features made available through the platform, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, scratch cards, and slot tournament products.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the kli08 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions herein. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the kli08 platform.

Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a kli08 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kli08 enforces strict age verification at registration and during the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds confiscated.
• You must be accessing the kli08 platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as a professional or commercial entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any of the above of kli08 or any of its affiliated companies or business partners.
• You must not be located in, resident of, or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is specifically prohibited under local law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the kli08 platform by kli08 at any time.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one Account only on the kli08 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Indonesian mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. kli08 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account.
• Any activity conducted via your Account — whether by you or by any third party who has gained access to your credentials — is your sole responsibility.
• You must notify kli08 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• kli08 reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request, including submission of a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the kli08 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kli08 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment channels: bank transfer to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are set per payment channel and per Account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon successful payment confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. kli08 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals to Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within five minutes of approval, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day during WIB banking hours.
• kli08 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide complete and satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
• Funds deposited into your kli08 Account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
• kli08 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kli08 accepts no liability.

Bonuses & Promotions

kli08 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of claiming. In the event of any conflict between those specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your Account and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period specified for each promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). The sportsbook contribution rate is specified per promotion.
• kli08 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel any active bonus balance, or void any winnings generated from a bonus if kli08 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed or wagered in violation of these Terms or through abusive bonus strategies (including, but not limited to, coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics).
• Players who have initiated or completed a withdrawal prior to meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus will have that bonus balance and any associated winnings forfeited.
• kli08 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or wager on the kli08 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable Game Rules for the relevant product. Game Rules are published in the help section of each product area on the platform and govern settlement, cancellation, void outcomes, and dispute resolution for that product.

• All bets are final once confirmed. kli08 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after confirmation, except where expressly provided for in the applicable Game Rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• kli08 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an obviously erroneous price, including where a technical error caused an incorrect odds display, or where the outcome of an event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• For sportsbook products, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled before winnings are calculated. A void leg will reduce the accumulator to the remaining active legs. One leg remaining constitutes a single bet settled at the applicable single odds.
• Slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP (return-to-player) rates represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, as administered by the live dealer and streaming studio provider. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the hand or round in progress will be settled according to the studio provider's disconnection policy.
• kli08 reserves the right to suspend betting markets or games at any time for integrity, technical, or regulatory reasons without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming

kli08 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide every registered player with access to the following tools, available at no cost from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. When the limit is reached, further play is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. A warning notification is sent before the session limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent self-exclusion from the kli08 platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of 12 months and will result in your Account being closed and any remaining balance being returned to your registered payment method after KYC verification.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the kli08 platform — including but not limited to the kli08 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kli08 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kli08 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the kli08 platform without prior written authorisation from kli08.
• You must not use any automated system, bot, scraper, or other tool to access or extract content from the kli08 platform.
• All game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to kli08 for display on the platform.

Privacy & Data

kli08 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction records, device identifiers, IP address logs, and communication records with kli08 support.
• kli08 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the kli08 platform.
• kli08 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• kli08 may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kli08 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the kli08 platform.

• kli08 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• kli08 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or third-party service provider outages.
• kli08's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Termination

kli08 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any applicable Game Rules.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or any other criminal or dishonest activity.
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or fraudulent payment activity.
• Creation or use of more than one Account by the same individual.
• Use of software, bots, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable unclaimed balance procedures.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting kli08 support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of KYC verification and a final account review.

Amendments

kli08 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kli08 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a notice displayed on the platform upon next login. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the kli08 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your Account.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms.

kli08 operates as an internationally licensed platform. Players access the platform at their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring their use is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction. kli08 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through kli08's internal complaints process should be escalated to kli08 management via the support contact details in Clause 14. kli08 is committed to resolving player disputes in a fair and timely manner.
